He has already claimed two U.S. Amateur Championship titles, one in 2009 when he was 16 and the other just this year. The only other golfer ever to achieve this feat is Tiger Woods.
With the victory, the Longhorns, who also finished in first place last week at the Jerry Pate Intercollegiate, won a tournament in back-to-back weeks for the first time since 2006.
